Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Large furniture pieces typically arrive within 7-14 business days via our white-glove delivery partners, while smaller home accents arrive within 3-5 business days.

Currently, The Palmier ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery network to international destinations in the near future.

What is your return policy for home goods?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
